By accessing or using perfetcgift (the "Site") or placing any order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
perfetcgift operates a gift card marketplace and prepaid gifting platform, providing digital and physical gift cards from third-party brands. We act as a reseller, not the issuer of underlying gift card balances; the terms of each card's issuer also apply.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All prices are displayed in USD and inclusive of applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at checkout; we accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, and will issue a full refund in such cases.
Orders are confirmed by email; please allow up to 30 minutes for digital delivery. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown.
Digital gift cards are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Because gift card codes are disclosed upon delivery, all sales are final once a code has been revealed or redeemed. Unused, unrevealed orders may be eligible for a refund within 24 hours of purchase — contact us at [email protected].
All content on the Site — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of perfetcgift or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, to resell gift cards obtained fraudulently, to scrape or reverse-engineer our platform, or to impersonate any person or entity. Violations may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.
The Site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party gift card balances or programs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, perfetcgift and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any purchased gift card. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Site ceases immediately; provisions that by nature survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules; class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
